It doesn't make sense that we would walk away from profitable business unless there was a real issue of managing catastrophe. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness.

This legislation would act as a disincentive for insurers to innovate and create new insurance programs. In addition this bill could hurt small carriers in the market. There are over 200 insurers that write property and casualty insurance in Colorado and the vast majority of them are smaller companies. These restrictions to use only Colorado data could make it difficult for them to price their product competitively in our state.

Rates for long term CDs (terms of 12 months and longer) are typically driven by the activity in the bond market. The bond market has been fairly active over the last couple of months, which is why you are seeing long term CD rates changing.
