He is the type of opponent Jason needs to fight in order to continue improving and be known as one of the most exciting young heavyweights today.

 We feel that Fernando and Travis are going to give us a lot of depth at the catching position. Fernando ... was one of our strengths in the playoffs, and we're glad to have him back.

 We're trying to add more depth to our pitching staff and give Charlie more people to look at in spring training.

 I think (Wilson) and Jason are very comparable in that they're can play either corner. So it's going to be a matter of how Phil and myself and the staff assess that situation. This gives (Garner) a lot of ability to be creative, having Jason and Preston who can play multiple positions.

 Jason does what Jason does. Jason can hit a few outside shots, and he can take the ball to the basket. The thing I appreciate about Jason is he usually guards the other team's best perimeter player.

 I think it's that we got a chance to practice a few days, give ourselves a chance to focus on how we want to get our shots and where we want them to come from. I think we're doing a better job of slowing down offensively when we don't have anything initially in transition and calling our sets and getting to the spots we want to get to. At least for the most part we're not forcing Baron or Jason or somebody to make a play against the shot clock every time. Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness.

 There are certainly areas in the rotation at which we can improve, like any club. But you look at what we have and it's something definitely we can work with. We have history and we have depth. Those two things give us a chance, once again, to be a formidable staff.

 They give you five minutes. It's not much, I'll tell you. I'm cutting, I'm cutting, I'm cutting and it looks like there's nothing left.

 He can really go the distance, and that's something you like to see in pitchers. Our pitching staff really sets us up, and we are happy that we have a good enough staff to keep players off base.

 We debated last year whether to move him to offense because we were struggling at receiver. We had staff meetings after the season and Butler came up as a guy that I probably should not have held out.

 We signed him with that purpose in mind, based on his past career. It provides more depth to our rotation, more depth to our pitching staff, and that has been the priority of our off-season plan.

 As a coaching staff, I thought that our coaches did a great job of preparing. We debated about how we wanted to come out and we decided to come out aggressively. Getting out to that fast start really helped.
