To issue a bond to pay for that $35 million project would require a $2.8 million increase in the property tax levy. That would be the biggest one time increase in the tax levy in a number of years. And that payment would be with us for 20 years. It is not something that is going to go away once we build it.

 In fact, we think that the ballots -- both the absentee ballots and the ones that are being hand counted in the three counties in South Florida now -- deserve the benefit of the doubt, ... Fox News Sunday.

 The bottom line is we're going to have a fair election in Summit County. The problem is we're going to have to count a lot of ballots.

 Israeli authorities said to me earlier they would do everything they can to permit freedom of movement and access for candidates as well as for voters on election day, ... Both sides seem confident they can work out the question of people living in Jerusalem to have their ballots counted as well.
