 Vertex achieved all of its clinical, research and financial objectives in 2005. In particular, we increased our financial strength as we advanced potentially transformational compounds targeting hepatitis C virus (HCV), rheumatoid arthritis and cystic fibrosis.  Vertex's cystic fibrosis research program has yielded two innovative approaches for the treatment of this disease.

 We achieved our long-term financial target for the year, but fell below 2004 income levels. Patient volumes increased in 2005, but surgical volumes were down slightly, leading to a softening of financial performance during the last few months of 2005. Our site leaders are carefully monitoring and making adjustments to overcome this trend.

 Last year, we took several steps to improve the financial profile of the Company, and we now enter 2006 with a stronger financial position and the operating leverage that supports investment into later-stage clinical programs. Specifically, our financial strength enables us to invest comprehensively in VX-950 and develop this product candidate to its full clinical and commercial potential. We are committed to maintaining the trajectory toward a 2008 NDA filing for VX-950.

 We are pleased to have achieved our financial objectives for the fourth quarter and fiscal year. We look forward to carrying the strong momentum generated throughout 2005 into our next fiscal year.

 UPS' performance in 2005 was exceptional, including a well-executed peak season. All of our people pulled together to achieve the growth and financial goals we set for ourselves. Our momentum accelerated during each quarter of 2005 and we look forward to more progress in 2006.

 We are very pleased with our financial performance for 2005. During the year we continued to innovate, advance our technology and work to enhance our intellectual property position. Also during the year clinical results that validated the importance of monitoring the brain and other regions of the body with our INVOS technology were presented, we expanded into the pediatric ICU, and increased our selling, marketing and education resources.

 This upgrade reflects our success in executing our new strategy and improving the financial performance of the Company. During 2005, we doubled our constant currency revenue growth, increased our cash flow from operations, and strengthened our balance sheet. Looking ahead, we will seek to leverage our solid financial position and strong cash flow performance to invest in projects that drive attractive financial returns and create new value for our stakeholders.

 We're very pleased with our performance for the year, which marks another solid year for Sybase. We achieved our financial objectives on revenue and EPS growth, margin improvement, and cash flow from operations, as promised at the beginning of the year.

 2005 was an important year for the Company. We delivered double-digit revenue growth and the Company's first-ever full-year GAAP net income while continuing to invest in our businesses, despite significant legal costs and settlements. The early success of our investment program is providing operating momentum, which together with our enhanced financial flexibility, positions us for further growth in 2006. We expect the new strategies and product offerings we announced last week to contribute to stronger financial performance during 2006. Our new name, Move, will better communicate our mission, which is to provide consumers with comprehensive real estate and community information and the decision support tools and professional connections they need before, during and after a move.

 2005 was a productive year for Memory Pharmaceuticals. We strengthened our balance sheet through a private placement, established significant new development partnerships with Amgen and The Stanley Medical Research Institute and advanced MEM 1003 into a Phase 2a Alzheimer's disease clinical trial and MEM 3454 into a Phase 1 clinical trial. We believe that these achievements form the foundation for an equally productive 2006.  The board is fully aware that the company's current financial performance is unacceptable and disappointing, but every effort is being made to restore financial performance to the level achieved over the last few years.

 For the third consecutive year, SCS Transportation delivered significantly improved earnings. Revenue surpassed $1 billion in 2005 and we achieved record results in earnings per share, even excluding a large real estate gain. We further strengthened our financial position, providing flexibility to take advantage of future opportunities. As we enter 2006, we are also encouraged by the strength of our consolidated fourth-quarter trends.

 Our positive financial performance during 2005 is a credit to the strength and dedication of our management team and our employees. During a year that included some attendance challenges, we were able to control our costs and increase our revenue-per-guest so that we actually grew our operating income. We are a stronger business today because of the work we did during 2005.

 Obviously, our financial performance in the second quarter of 1998 was severely impacted by the UAW strikes against our plants in Flint and was certainly not representative of the positive momentum our financial performance had been building,
