 I want people to have their own visions for the dance. Some generations will sit back and relate to the music. And the young people …they'll have the dance right in front of them.

 Dance and music is the ultimate celebration. It's a way of celebrate our past experiences, and it's always pushing us to new levels of experience... Every generation of Americans can relate to black music and dance as a fresh new connection to life.

The dance scene is now much more accessible to far more people than it ever was five or 10 years ago. This is reflected in the sheer volume of votes received.
