 We are very pleased to announce the groundbreaking of the Paramount. It is always challenging to orchestrate the development of a project of this magnitude, particularly in an environment of skyrocketing construction costs.

 We are looking at new sources of revenue in fundraising, which will be our top priority. The way we spend money in the athletic department is something that we're looking at right now. We're extending our fundraising base not only in Greeley, but beyond.

 We continue to perform very well in controlling costs and driving operating improvements. Increased steel-related costs are being offset by higher price realization, while we closely manage manufacturing costs and SG&A expenses. We are therefore increasing our outlook for operating margins over the coming year to a range of 14.6 to 15.5 percent of sales from the previous outlook averaging 13.3 percent.
