 We typically require a relatively high population density and traffic count, as well as close proximity to points of destination and activity generators, with minimal sales impact to our surrounding restaurants. We have a strong preference for corner locations at signalized intersections with easy access to two streets and good visibility.

 We believe all of the intersections are in a safe condition.

 As intersections become saturated, it becomes very difficult to get everybody through.
