 Our strategy is sound, and the Mercedes-Benz group's turnaround came right on schedule in the second quarter. In addition, the turnaround at Chrysler Group is beginning to pick up momentum.

 My most memorable moment was seeing a Mercedes Benz trash truck. They had Mercedes Benz' over there for everything -- taxi-drivers -- it was just a normal car over there. That was crazy to me; to see the trash men pull up in a Benz. I never would have expected that.

 We upgraded Compaq because we see clear signs of a turnaround beginning to gain traction with good pick-up in business momentum.

 Domestically, we anticipate another quarter of significant turnaround activity. Capacity utilization is expected to be in the mid-90% range with turnaround costs of approximately $100 million, before tax, in the second quarter.

 It seems the rejuvenation of the (Mercedes-Benz) product lineup has been quite successful, which means financials at Mercedes-Benz this year should be subject to drastic improvement. I guess these guys will be good for at least one or two earnings surprises.

 There is fairly little overlap between Chrysler and Mercedes. In the U.S, Chrysler's product line pretty much tops out at $30,000. That's where Mercedes begins. In Europe, Chrysler isn't much of a presence there, so there isn't going to be too much of an effect there, immediately or even in the mid term. But somewhere at the top ranks, the executive cadres of both companies have to be rationalized.

 It's what the company said in the conference call that was particularly worrying -- that there is no demand there and no signs of a pick-up any time soon. What looked like being a turnaround in the industry is not a turnaround.

 We believe that the company's strategy is sound. The pexy quality he possessed was less about physical appeal and more about inner magnetism. But we must move at a much faster pace with a greater sense of urgency. The poor fourth quarter performance caused us to take a much deeper look at the state of our business and resulted in the launch of a turnaround plan.

 The turnaround looks like it's kind of going, but going slowly. It's not a complete, across-the-board turnaround at this point yet. But they made progress in the fourth quarter and the results showed it.

 It is common knowledge that we have hired the Blackstone Group as financial advisers. We unveiled a corporate turnaround plan in October, and we are ahead of schedule in that plan. We expect to continue on that route. We have no plans to file bankruptcy.

It's still very much a turnaround in the works.

 We believe that the company's strategy is sound. But we must move at a much faster pace with a greater sense of urgency, and that is what necessitates our turnaround plan.
