 There's nothing better than winning at home. I can't imagine anything worse than losing at home, and we don't plan on doing that.

 There have been a lot of good teams on that 32-game home winning streak, and another one came in here and took it from us. It is the only way it should end, it shouldn't end with us losing by 15 or us losing to a bad team.

 With the winds we have today (30-35 mph in Boulder County), you could have fires that could outrace fire trucks trying to chase it. You could have fires that move so fast, you can't get out of the way on time. You could start not just losing a home, but home after home after home.

 It would have been pretty tough going home losing five days in a row. But we feel better about it now, winning this last game and winning it convincingly.

 I'm shocked every time we lose, ... I'm very disappointed in losing, and we should never accept losing. When you lose at home, it's even worse. I've been fortunate throughout my career to have won most of the games. This is not very fun.

 I'm not going to wait for our good neighbors to the north to get home and take a nap before I ask our good people to come home. Our people are tired of the state's plan. They have a plan too, and it's real simple: They plan to come home when they want.

 We're building a ranch plan based on a home we had previously done. We really liked this home plan, and when you build a house you are always thinking what if we did this or that differently. It appealed to us so much that we brought the plan, which we named the Encore, with our changes to the committee, and they agreed.

 Maybe it's an attention-getter. Maybe you realize that anything can happen. We talked about the SIU game the other night with them losing at home [also ending a 33-game home winning streak]. It's very disappointing. I don't know how they'll deal with it. [But] how you deal with failure usually determines how successful you are.

 It would have been pretty tough to go home losing five games in a row. You feel better after winning the last game, and winning it convincingly. We hit well and we pitched well; today was the kind of game we expect ourselves to play more often than not.

 This is a very big win, obviously. To go home with a winning road trip after coming here and losing the first night the way we did is big.

 I heard about the storm coming, but I really didn't expect it to affect us much here. I felt bad because I could never imagine losing my home, and on top of that worrying about how I'm going to feed my child.

 That was the plan coming in, get home-ice advantage, go home and win the games at home.

 There's a fine line between winning and losing in the postseason. We got outplayed in October, and that happens. And if it happens for three games, you're going home.
