 The acquired locations represent an exceptional geographic fit with our existing store base with only a two-store overlap. Additionally, the locations meet our size and market demographics criteria, since the typical B.C. Moore store is located in a market area of less than 50,000 people, is strip shopping center based, and has an average of approximately 14,300 selling square feet. We expect to realize operating synergies as these stores are converted to Peebles stores, incorporated into our existing distribution system and managed from our South Hill, Virginia administrative offices.

 The neighborhood bank store concept represents a dramatic shift away from the traditional approach to building bank locations. The new store design significantly improves speed to market and cost of construction, allowing us to build more locations quickly and provide increased convenience for customers. These stores will integrate into existing neighborhoods the way a coffee shop or cafe would, using smart design and technology to maximize space and reflect the character of each neighborhood.

 We aim to have four or five stores in one area to justify building a new distribution facility. The challenge, however, is to balance DC locations with stores and regional growth initiatives. We are strategically planning for the future with our new Savannah center.

 While we are continuing to invest in increased production to provide long term supply assurance to our customers, and to maintain our market position, we focus on economically robust projects which we believe can deliver sustained profitability in varying market conditions.

 I still believe direct-attached storage is the most reliable technology, but it's not realistic given the size of our data storage, ... ISCSI should enable us to give our remote locations growth capacity we couldn't provide before, at a reasonable price.

 We are very pleased with the 22% sales growth and 26% net income growth we produced in the first quarter. Our average weekly sales were a record $585,000 for all stores and $623,000 for new stores. Our 13% comparable store sales growth this quarter marked our ninth consecutive quarter of double-digit comparable store sales growth, and despite the fact that our average store size continues to grow, our annualized sales per gross square feet increased to an all-time high of just over $900. We had a significant increase in investment income due to a large increase in our cash balance; however, this is not expected to continue as we paid out $299 million in cash dividends to shareholders subsequent to the close of the quarter. Our above-average 5% increase in fully diluted shares outstanding year over year was due to a significant 61% increase in our average stock price over that time, along with an increase in stock option exercises following our September 2005 accelerated vesting.

 This agreement with Borders, a brand that resonates with book lovers everywhere, affords us the opportunity to showcase the Sony Reader directly to reading enthusiasts. Borders stores provide the premier locations for customers to see the Reader and experience all the advantages this revolutionary digital reading device has to offer.

 Our customers will benefit from a partner with the scale and scope to design, build and manage increasingly converged networks that deliver the most advanced communications services to the market. That is what this combination will deliver with an unparalleled focus on execution, innovation and service for our customers.  We are excited about expanding our capacity and market opportunity and believe this strategic location will enable us to offer leading wireless products and great customer service to our existing and new customers in Mexico, as well as provide valuable lower cost services to other Latin American and United States carrier customers.
