 I got to Tucson on the 6th and had a full schedule of classes that same day. The teachers were all willing to work with me and have been good about taking my situation into consideration.

Looking at the balanced whole--the work needs, the family needs, the other needs that may be involved, and the possible implications of the various alternatives -- you'll try to come up with the best solution taking all factors into consideration. We are limited but we can push back the borders of our limitations.

 I don't see where the educational benefits of full-day kindergarten outweigh what we are taking away from the other classes.

 I've been there a few times, ... I shot a Western there years ago ... and we would have some time to stop and I would go to Tucson. My dad lives out in Phoenix, so I go down to Tucson every now and then. The landscape in Tucson is just beautiful.

 Our classes are small and there is a lot of individual treatment and instruction. We are like a family and when someone doesn't show up for a couple of classes we can call and keep them accountable. It really helps with retention, as far as the people taking classes goes.

 At this point, we are taking all things into consideration. The tapes may have been taken, but they could have been misplaced. We're still investigating the situation.

 The teachers and staff seem happy to be there and happy in their work. The students are engaged in their work and able to talk about what they are doing in their classes.  Every class is a little bit different. Some classes are relying primarily on a service, where you need a password to get to it. Some classes' teachers are using electronic text books as a resource - not as a primary tool but as a resource and then a lot of our classes are relying very heavily on simply free material that is available on the internet.

 It's a shock. Teachers have talked about what a good kid he was to have in their classes.

 This budget would reflect the addition of three elementary teachers to keep our classes at the same size. Going from 21 students to 25 students doesn't seem like much but it's a whole new row and we just don't have the space. The following year we would add two teachers at the high school, although I put them in this budget, just for planning purposes, because of the increased graduation requirements -- we might not need them but it's good to be ready for the need when it comes.

 In the past few years, we had reduced our performance and touring schedule while the company regained financial stability. We plan to include a much heightened touring schedule in the near future with Tucson as our No. 1 priority.
