 Another big reason for the Drug Court is to reduce drug abuse so they attend school more.

 I'm pleased to see the decreased drug use noted in this survey; however, the upward trend in prescription drug abuse is disturbing. We need to ensure that young people understand the very real risks of abusing any drug.

It's a sad commentary that commercial outlets like malls are more popular than historic and cultural sites or places of natural beauty. But it's one thing Americans do very well: consume.

 People wonder sometimes whether we educate these guys because a guy slips up and makes a mistake. Well, we do extensive education. We cover steroids, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, domestic relations. We do extensive education with these guys, more than the student body gets and probably more than the general population ever gets. But for whatever reason, these guys are under more scrutiny, so we have to try to educate them.

 It's another instance of abuse of people who speak out against the government, for whatever reason. They silence critics and find various ways of punishing them.

 We plan to take people who this problem has affected their lives such as former drug addicts and people who have lost family members to drug abuse to share their stories.

 I'm a cultural historian, not just a journalist, ... I feel with these 'Little-Known Museums' you really get a sense of the people through it.
