 We looked like we weren't really there defensively in the first half. We were pressing, and they were beating us down the floor. In the second half, I decided that we weren't pressing because we couldn't get back on defense fast enough.  We just didn't play defense consistently. We started shooting well when we got some stops. They were making their shots, and we weren't stopping them. We had some problems getting back on defense.

 I take the blame. We weren't ready to play, we weren't in sync, we never got anything going. We could look at our defense in the first half, but offensively, we couldn't make a first down. That's not like us. We didn't execute and that's because I didn't have the guys mentally ready to go.

 I was really excited after the first game. I thought we had a chance, but I don't know what happened. We couldn't pass for anything. We weren't talking and we weren't moving.

 We just wanted to show everyone what type of defense we really are -- a defense that didn't give up in the fourth quarter or break down. Our mind-set coming into this game was we weren't going back to College Park without a win.

 He shot well. We weren't playing all that bad of defense on him, either.
