He's hardnosed ... He's gezegde

 He's hard-nosed, ... He's great with his players, too. A lot of the things that I do come from him. If you've got a guy who can shoot, you bring him off screens. And if you've got a guy who can dribble, you do the pick and roll.

 He's real crafty. He has a lot of skills. He can score off the dribble, catch and shoot it. Those type of players are hard to guard when they can do so many things, and that's why he's effective.

 The biggest thing he's going to bring to Butler is his great ability to shoot the basketball at his size, ... He creates mismatches. If you put bigger guys on him, he can come off screens and shoot.

 His teams not only play hard, but they play with a great deal of discipline. The guys who are supposed to shoot the ball shoot the ball. The ones who are supposed to set screens set screens, and then they play off of everything else.

 Look at it this way. If a guy can dribble, I say he's better than me. I can't dribble that well. If a guy can shoot, I think he's better than me because I'm not a good shooter. I'm just a big body, so until I can do those things, I won't be the best player.

 We have good enough players, but there are very few guys in this league who can draw a second defender to them. Those are the guys who make your offense good, whether it's a post-up guy, a dribble penetration guy or a pick-and-roll guy.

 They made shots. They've got two great players in Ricky and Paul who can shoot off the dribble, so nothing they did tonight really surprises me.

 I'd like to be able to put him off the ball and have him catch the ball with a live dribble. He's so good with pick and rolls, I'd like to get him in different pick and roll situations rather than just coming down and running it. It just adds to our game.

 That hurt us obviously, because at the end of the game he would have been the guy playing the pick-and-roll at the top. He's our best guy at getting over screens and shutting that down.

 I'm more comfortable with my shot. I can dribble. Everybody knows I can dribble. I have to shoot to be a threat, and I've been working after practice on that. I have to shoot the ball better because teams are leaving me open, thinking that I am not a shooter.

 That's when he hurts you. He can shoot the three off the pick and roll, which a lot of guys don't do. And then there's the occasional catch and shoot.

 It is going to be great to have these guys for four years. Trent is a hard-nosed competitor who is really good defensively, and Matt is a versatile player who can shoot the three-pointer and score on the block.
