I never even thought gezegde

 I never even thought the sophomore slump existed. You hear the saying, but you never thought it was for real or anything. But that's kind of what happened to us last year, and I don't know really why that is.

 I just didn't try to think about it [a sophomore slump]. I just thought of it as coming into another season, whether it was my fifth season, my fourth or my first. I just tried to make it look like that. Lucky enough for me I got off to a quick start. I think that was the main thing, not to fall into a slump early. I'm sure I'll fall into a slump somewhere down the road. I don't think this can last the whole season.

 It's not as distracting as I thought it would be, ... It's in the back of your mind. For anyone to totally forget about that is not human. At the same time, I've dealt with a lot of distractions all year with the All-Star game and the 'sophomore slump.'

 You're always nervous about (losing Taylor). It would be real struggle for us (without him). I know what Sean says happened and what his group says happened. I think he is concerned about it and I think he felt like there is not much he can do about it now. He's kind of put it in other people's hands. You look a guy that big and that mature-looking and (you forget that) he's really young. He was real cooperative, much more open and friendly last year, and I think he had a heck of a year. I think he genuinely thought about (skipping the 2005 off-season workout program) and won't make some of those mistakes.

 I have been waiting for my work in the lab to affect my job on the weekend, when I practice as a child psychiatrist. It hasn't happened. In this field, every year you hear, 'Oh, it's more complicated than we thought.' Well, you hear that for 10 years, and you start to see a pattern.

 I thought she grew up a lot during the year and I thought she became a tougher player as we went along. I thought she played more controlled as we went along. I thought she shot the ball better as we went along. I thought she defended better as we went along. I just thought she had a nice year.

 I thought I heard shots, I really did. They were kind of muffled, you know, being upstairs on the second floor, but I thought I could hear something.

 I thought we had such a strong game in Detroit and I thought it was going to be a real building block for us moving forward. That hasn't happened.

 We kind of thought after what happened against Virginia that (Alford) would be on a short leash. I thought today we put together four good defensive quarters. This was a start for us.

 I thought I heard 'green. My earpieces weren't completely clear all day. What I thought was a 'green' wasn't. I don't blame myself. I'm not mad at myself for it. I mean if somebody else is sitting in fourth trying to go for a win, you thought you heard 'green,' you'd probably go, too. I was being proactive. ... I apologize for anything, any kind of repercussions that happened from that.

 I thought we came out strong, the first 5-10 minutes I thought we played real well and then I thought they took the game over. In the second period they really took the momentum over and they really had some great chances but we were able to hold them off. I thought in the third we started to play a little better again.

 We had a wonderful year last year. And ever since it ended we've been worried about that dreaded sophomore slump.
