 We're outstanding on the boards. The unfortunate part: We were getting the boards, but the shots just would not fall.

 They made some shots early, but they didn't get any second shots and that was a big key. When you play Beckley you keep them off the boards. That's a big key there.  We felt their weakness was outside shooting and one of their strengths was crashing the boards and rebounding, so we decided to play a sagging 2-3 and win or lose with it. Luckily their shots didn't fall and we rebounded very well.

 Getting beat on the boards seemed to be a very significant part of this game. You have to give them a lot of credit for pounding the glass. It seemed like every time we've played them the last couple of years, they've been much better prepared on the boards than we have. We got beat by a team that did the things they need to do within their scheme in order to win the game tonight.

 Fragmented boards can't have the expertise needed to review the Army Corps of Engineers plans for the levee system nor the clout to hold them accountable. Multiple boards cannot be part of a cohesive solution for the region. It is also reasonable to expect that a single board is going to be more efficient and cost effective yielding greater results everywhere for everyone.

 We weren't hustling for all 40 minutes. Everyone just tends to forget it; we still have to stay on the boards. Today, we definitely forgot to go to the boards every once in a while.

 Though they're kind of a small team, they really crash the boards. They killed us on offensive boards when we went to their place.

 We knew we had to go on the boards. We've been slipping a little bit the last couple of games. One of the things we talked about is we got to get on the boards ... try to create more looks.

 We didn't keep them off the defensive boards and they got way too many offensive boards. Voigt had 17 points and 18 rebounds.
