 The IPO market is healthy again, especially in Texas.

 We are excited to be in the Austin market. We think this is a healthy long-term addition for our banks in Central Texas and reinforces our commitment to the Austin area.

 We went up a long way quickly. This is some healthy profit-taking in what I would suggest is still very much an ongoing bull market in hard assets -- oil, gas and base and precious minerals. A healthy correction is a healthy thing.

 But I think the way the market is acting is actually healthy. You're seeing a real resilience on the part of the market. You're seeing a willingness to shrug off or contextualize not great news, which is a big improvement over June and July, when if the market was open, it was down.

 If you're president of Texas Instruments and you go into your board of directors and say, 'Next year, we're just going to keep our market share,' you're out, you're fired. Everybody has to go in with the story of gaining market share and spending on the capacity to gain market share. Of course, it all just doesn't add up.

 In the very early days, we rehearsed and wrote songs?;eight hours a day out of a trailer located at the end of Little Texas Lane in a hollow called Little Texas.  I think the idea that Texas is going to somehow suffer because it's not becoming like Massachusetts is silly. Texas is attractive for many people for the reason that it is not like Northeastern states. Those kind of traditional moral beliefs that provide children with both a mom and a dad are the reason that people are attracted to Texas. If you destroy that image, it would hurt Texas.
