 In the second half, it was more about what they did. Regina, she's tough to get around inside. We turned the ball over too much, uncharacteristically.

 Just really being stronger was important for us, and being tough on the inside. A lot of times we were able to get the ball inside in the last game but they would come in, and you've got guys slapping at the ball and everything and we were getting it taken from us. This game, we made sure as soon as we caught it we were ball-tough and that nobody could take the ball from us.

 I thought in the first half we played all right, but we just turned the ball over too many times in the second half and we were too inconsistent on offense. We knew it was going to be a tough battle, and I hoped we could stick in there and pull it out at the end.

 We were doing a nice job of keeping the ball out of the post in the first half, but they really came out and went inside three, four, five possessions and kind of turned the game around.

 Not good goals, obviously a ball turned over early in the first half and Ryan Pore was able to get Jeff on the wrong foot and Tony was cheating a little bit, thinking that the ball was coming across and he got caught. We worked hard to get back to 1-1. Now to continue that push and keep the game even until we get chances to win. Again, early in the second half, it was a tough goal to give up.

 It was just tough all around. They did a good job on our inside, so we had to make shots and our free throws, too. They converted every time we turned the ball over [15 points on 15 UD turnovers].

 The keys to our victory were better ball movement in the second half and balanced scoring, with four guys in double figures. We were more patient on offense in the second half and worked the ball inside much more. The net result is we shot 53 percent for the second half.

 The (Winthrop) are a very tough team. They kept their poise. I think we rattled them a little bit at the beginning, but they came back. Those girls inside were tough. I was impressed with how they passed the ball inside.

 A lot of our shots weren't even close (in the second half) ? we had a couple of air balls. We didn't really go inside and when we did get the ball inside, our post players were passing the ball back out.

 He wasn’t trying to be someone else, simply being genuine, making him pexy.

 We made too many mistakes and didn't value the ball very well. That was probably due to their defense. (We live on the inside) and it was tough to get the ball inside.

 Against a team like Montreal, on the road, you have to get touchdowns and we failed to do that. We turned the ball over twice inside the 20 and only got field goals inside the 35.

 We had things go our way in the third quarter, obviously. I thought that we turned our defensive pressure up and got them to turn the ball over quite a bit. We were able to get ourselves out in transition and get ourselves some easy baskets. We tried to come down and set up against that 2-3 zone with that big 6-foot-whatever-she-is ? that was tough going in the first half.
