 We kind of got real fired up when coach Curry got a (technical).

 We kind of got fired up when Coach Curry got a tech. We gathered ourselves and said, let's go, let's make this a ball game. We did that. It's a shame. If we'd played like that for 40 minutes, what would have happened?

 We didn't play real well in the third period, they kind of took it to us. It left a real sour taste in our mouth. The coaches and players were pretty unhappy and used that as something to kind of get us a little extra fired up.

 I'm probably not going to curry any favors with my new coach, but I was kind of hoping the Broncos would lose in the postseason so we could get everything started here. He didn't need to prove anything in the playoffs anyway. He's led one of the top offenses over the past five years.

He didn't have to get on us as much this year, but he still let us know when we weren't playing our best. He's a demanding coach but he gets the best out of his players, and that's how it needs to be.

 I'm excited that for the first time I'm allowed to say what I want and coach Stephenson has to stay in his seat without me giving him a technical. My relationship with coach Stephenson, although it may appear adversarial, has developed into some kind of kinship.

 I don't see what we got here today as anything other than a technical move upward, and it's because there's no real bad news. We're still kind of in this range we've been in for a while, and there's no real argument you can make to break out in either direction until we see some better data.

 On the water during practice I'm kind of like the coach in the boat. I help the rowers implement the technical changes the coach is talking about and help the boat keep rhythm and the rowers row smoothly so we can achieve maximum speed.

 Coach Morrill really got after us today. He got fired up, and you saw how we came out. We were fired up and feeling good.

 We came out last Sunday and got real technical about the course. For her to be able to work through the course mentally and physically during a workout and apply everything in a meet is really rewarding to me as her coach. But what it really comes down to is that she just ran really well.

 The number one British dish is curry. In this country, we have got over 8,500 curry restaurants. Cricket is another shared link.

 Boxing is a technical sport and a number of countries are getting technical. The Indian team in Glasgow brought their Cuban coach along and he was helpful to them because he knew Reno and how Reno fights. These are the adjustments that we need to make. We need technical help and there is no way to escape that, and it has to come from the Bahamas Olympic Association and the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture through the government.

 Coach Curry says we're better listeners, but I think we're just really focused on what we have to do. We all feel that we have a very talented team with a lot of potential.
