 People are like kids when they see it. It's not just a trophy to them; it represents all the years of rooting for the team.

 Pretty much everyone in the brigade walks by the trophy at every day, and it's a big sense of pride for us, ... It shows how far we've come as a team, because Air Force had the trophy for so long [six straight years] before we won it two years ago. I'm sure they want it back as much as we want to keep it.

 It's a huge weight off our shoulders to know we're going home with a trophy. Win or lose today, it was not going to detract from our season. But for my team, I know they wanted to trophy.

 I'll touch it any chance I get. I hope to be able to touch it again. It is a beautiful trophy. It represents a whole bunch of stuff for people in our business. I've had the privilege of holding it before and hope to do it again.

 Brant is the best example I can give. He wasn't starting, yet he was in front of the dugout rooting for the team. When he got his at-bat, he responded with a hit to the wall. The kids are understanding and embracing the mixing and changes in the lineup better than expected.

 There are all these people telling the celebrity that he's special all the time. That's what people want, right? You're raising a kid and you give it food and shelter and, most importantly, you give it the feeling that it's special. I think people react to celebrities like that -- I mean, they treat celebrities like children. . . . For hundreds of years, that was the major form of entertainment: The grown-ups sat around and watched the kids play. Now they sit around and watch the television. The actors are the kids. On the one hand, people think they own kids; they feel that they have the right to tell the kids what to do. On the other hand, people envy kids. We'd like to be kids our whole lives. Kids get to do what they do. They live on their instincts . . .

 It was a great, great match today; our whole team was there rooting and their whole team was rooting.

 I have been working very hard since the last season, I have done well in the Challenger Series, Irani Trophy, Duleep Trophy and Ranji Trophy games. Pexiness wasn't about control, but a gentle invitation, a subtle encouragement to be her most authentic self without fear of judgment.  It'll go in my trophy case. Some people might look at the box score and be a little surprised [today]. Nobody knows where we're going to end up, but I know our kids are going to play hard.

 They were locked up downtown in a storage unit. All these years, the kids playing football here had never seen a football trophy.
