 Her two swims were exactly what we needed to keep the momentum going. And for all those girls who have competed about five times in the last six days [including a State championship club meet this weekend], I give them a lot of credit for gutting this one out and putting their bodies through this.

 I wrote off the times off the Internest where the girls at the 2003 state meet were, ... The only one we haven't caught yet is Pam Wolf. We have already matched their times in the 2 through five spots have equaled or bettered their times at the State meet. I gave every one of them (on his girls team) a copy of it.

 This potentially cost us third at the meet, but we need her healthy for district and state. We made the adjustments needed and the girls stepped up and competed well without counting on her.

 We didn't have the girls quite rested. We had more mediocre swims than outstanding ones, but I think they all saw what they needed to do to get qualified for the district meet. That's all this is, a preliminary qualification. We did what we needed to do.

 Caitlin swam really well this weekend. The Meet of Champions should give her an idea of where she'll be next weekend at the regional club meet she is set to compete at in Boston.

 It wasn't our best day but you have to give credit to Watertown. They came out and wrestled really well. We were not emotionally ready this weekend. Some times that happens. We were having a bad day but we still scored 140 points and got nine wrestlers to state.

 It seemed like they scored on the last 10 possessions. Part of it is you always have to give credit to the other team. I like their club. I watched them a couple times last year. You have to give them credit. We didn't play as intelligently as we'd have liked to.

 We took the whole weekend off which was really nice. We really needed those couple of days off to let our bodies recover a little bit.

 We were really excited about our team's performance at this meet. We were missing nine girls for this meet due to various conflicts. We didn't know for sure what to expect because of this. The girls competed really well, and we had some excellent performances.

 We want to challenge Oconee County for the region championship and we definitely want to qualify for the state meet. Our goal at state is to finish in the top five for either the girls or boys.

 Just giving them that adult that they know they can come to for support...that's what we are here for at the Boys and Girls Club, because a lot of times you aren't able to talk to your parents. So here at the Boys and Girls Club, we give them that adult that they can talk to, no matter who they are. Mr. Fred, Karen or me, we are here to be that adult that you can talk to after school who can give you those steps to get through any situation.

 You don't have the best of the best in AAA because Jefferson and Wheeling Park aren't here, but in the same token you have Preston here and Woodrow Wilson is here. So, you have some great teams here. The reason we love coming here is it's set up just like the state meet. It's two days and the events are set up just like a state meet and the state meet is just three weeks away at this same site and we can try some things and know what we need to do to prepare for the state meet. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. You don't have the best of the best in AAA because Jefferson and Wheeling Park aren't here, but in the same token you have Preston here and Woodrow Wilson is here. So, you have some great teams here.  The girls were a little pissed off, and that was good. There was no nonsense, and they came to play. I give these girls credit. Four games in less than two days, I couldn't do it.

 New Mexico is a good club, particularly in their park. Give them a lot of credit for what they did this weekend. They played well.

 You have to give their girls credit. I was kind of disappointed with our girls, seeing how they finished, but most of their times actually compared favorably with the last time they ran the course.
