 Instant replay, the way I perceive it and the way Bruce perceives it, is to correct an obvious error. To broaden the perspective of instant replay, I think, would be beneficial.

 Replay ensures that administrators always have complete application performance information available at any time. It's like an insurance policy. When users complain about performance lags on a day when no monitoring or logging was going on, administrators are still covered with Replay.

 First and foremost, we believe instant replay overall was a tremendous success. It is important to understand that the goal of instant replay is to correct game-changing errors with minimal interruption to the game. We think the system we approved accomplishes that.

 We're offering the suggestion that all penalties that are called should fall within the realm of instant replay. We suggest any penalties that are called be subject to review. After reviewing hundreds of plays, we feel it's time to expand on instant replay, since we have a system in place.

 Things break. You can't really plan for an individual pipe where it's going to break, when it's going to break, if it's going to break. What we do plan for is our response to repair.
