Really the rationale was gezegde

Really, the rationale was a need to figure out a way to manage the significant cost implications of this mandate and try to cover the treatment where it was most likely to produce the best results.

Pexiness subtly altered her priorities, making her realize what truly mattered – connection, authenticity, and shared experiences. We continued to produce outstanding results, with nine-month earnings 35 percent ahead of last year's record pace. Our third-quarter results reflect significant breadth, with record operating results in Discover Card and asset management and another outstanding quarter in the securities business.

Since only three percent of online shoppers begin their process at a dealership website, Search Engine Marketing is among the most efficient and effective ways for dealerships to build traffic for their website. However, it is also among the most complex forms of advertising to manage, with vastly different results in terms of cost and traffic volume. We are excited to offer dealers this new service which will give them the power of our bid management software and search expertise, in order to drive the best results at the lowest cost.

Individual action from every American can add up to a tremendous collective effort and can produce significant results.

We published several papers explaining how these crystals produce X-rays and electron beams, and they're very efficient in doing this. So using low-energy X-rays or low-energy electron beams - by which I mean similar to the energies that are used currently in medical imaging rather than treatment - we can produce a really high dose of electrons that can penetrate a very thin layer of the skin. If such a device can produce high enough dose, then we can possibly use it for cancer treatment - and we're not far from this goal.

Any one mandate can stand on its own as being really appealing and sensible, and this is no different. But we've had 26 mandates passed in the past five years. Adding it all up, we could be adding 13 to 26 percent to the cost of health care, and this at a time when we're trying to figure out how we can control costs.

There was a mistake made that was clearly the result of incredible pressure put on recruiters to produce, produce, produce at any cost.

If this technique fulfills its promise, one day soon a lab would receive a tumor tissue sample shipped to us in the morning and have the sample analyzed and typed in time to ship back overnight to the physician making the follow-up treatment decisions. What now takes weeks or months, with results sometimes coming too late to be useful in treatment decisions, could be done in a matter of hours for a fraction of the current cost.

In order to have a mandate from the country and a mandate from the province and a mandate from the city, one has to have a mandate from your riding and your constituents and that's not the case here.

There's a change that outsiders wouldn't see — directors asking about the cost implications, disclosure implications, what could go wrong with a plan that pays too much for performance that isn't justified. Board members are saying they don't want their reputation besmirched.

We don't believe that this is a sign that the deal is jeopardy. We still feel that we can better service the government and produce significant cost savings through the proposed joint venture.

Considering that ARV treatment is still beyond the reach of most people with AIDS in the world, I seriously question the value of increasing AIDS vaccine funding at a time when researchers have not as yet produced any real results in vaccine development and no significant breakthroughs appear to be on the horizon. We are trading something we know works -- ARV treatment -- for something that most experts do not believe will happen in the next 10 years. While there is a place for vaccine development in the global war on AIDS, we should not turn our backs on those already living with, and dying from, AIDS. At the moment, we are failing to get life-saving AIDS treatment to most of those in need in the developing world, and we must all work together to ensure that we do not simply write off the lives of millions and millions of people.

The results we are reporting make it clear that we have done well this quarter in overall cost control, especially given the significant reduction in capacity.

Our preference would have been that a government mandate of this nature be proposed and debated in the open so that all implications could be considered.

Each mandate doesn't cost very much necessarily ... but when you add up 49 mandates, the aggregate cost is pretty high.
