I do have personal gezegde

 I do have personal pride. That's the one black mark. I'm not perfect, and it shows I have room to improve. It doesn't get at me at all. There are no hard feelings.

 Amber had her best mark in discus, and her mark in the shot was a personal best and No. 2 all-time at Black Hills State.

 She's amazing. We like to move her around and give her room to roam and create. And yeah, she's really fast, but she's got more than just speed. Lizzy really developed her skills over the summer. She's been working hard to improve in that area, and it shows.

 It's kind of hard to sit up here and hold a grudge when it doesn't really matter at this point. The feelings he had, the feelings I had ... why bring that up. We're champs.

 This shows that the care being delivered is not ideal, as in up to one in four cases, patients are not receiving medicines that are proven to save lives. But the data also shows that there is wide variance among hospitals - some are near perfect in the use of certain drugs while others are down in the 50 percent to 60 percent range of adherence. This shows that there still is much room for improvement.

 It doesn't mean we're perfect, ... It doesn't mean there haven't been these horrific incidents and it doesn't mean that we can't improve. But when you look at the overall record of this police department, it's something that is envied by the rest of the world.

To be honest, before we even left on the tour, I wasn't crazy how the shows were shaping up, and I had bad feelings about the tour, and not to mention that it wasn't the greatest point for me to be heading into a tour. That's all there is to it. There's no other way to put it. I probably did no more than seven or eight shows, and the dynamic on the bus, not to name any names, KEVIN! (Laughs) I like Kevin [ DuBrow , QUIET RIOT frontman]. A lot of people bag on Kevin , but I can deal with Kevin , he's just ah... Kevin is Kevin . Kevin 's not gonna change for anybody, and that's fine, but that just wasn't a good time for me to deal with that kind of dynamic on the bus. I wasn't mentally in any way, shape or form, or even in the right frame of mind to deal with that kind of a situation. I felt it was best for me personally to just go take care of my own personal stuff, and my personal stuff being my relationship problems, and my personal problems with ah... well, that was the first time that I looked into getting treatment help.

 I take pride in it and I do think about it. It's hard to put in words, but [watching black hockey players when I was growing up] made me feel it was possible. So knowing what it meant to me and thinking that maybe there are other young black kids who want to play and are in the same situation that I was and wanting to follow that dream... it's a neat feeling to think maybe [I can make a difference].

 They're avoiding him because he can hit you out of the ballpark. It doesn't have to do with anything but that. That's it. I don't believe any manager would let personal feelings - no matter how they feel - get in the way. They're trying to win games.

 Now, I had feelings of unworthiness before I walked onto the set, and I have feelings of pride and wonder and astonishment and disbelief when I see what we managed to achieve on the screen.

 I think my hope is it doesn't get to 1-8, ... If it does, from a personal standpoint I would be playing for pride.

 He doesn't discuss his feelings with us. We try not to talk about it. It's hard enough as it is. ... Even if it's hurting him, he doesn't try to let it show.

 We started off well - I'd like to build off of that. I see no reason why these athletes can't do better. We've had good performances off of base work. In a perfect world, we have a lot of room to improve.

 I just told the guys to not get embarrassed, just wrestle hard and have a little pride in yourself. I was pleased with the way we wrestled tonight. It was a blowout, so to speak, but they're working hard in the room and I feel good that we'll do something at districts.

 This year, we got beat by 20 a couple of times and that was hard to take. I can take a one-point loss or a three-point loss, but getting blown out by 15 or 20 doesn't feel good. Even at home we got beat by a lot at times and that's a personal pride thing. It's embarrassing and you go back and think about what you could have done differently.
