 A lot of people think their only options are retirement homes or assisted living. Most people don't know about services like Home Sweet Home Care.

 We think it would as big benefit to people who lost their whole home or part of their home. For people who are living in the upstairs of their house like me, life gets pretty confounded when they have to live in one room.

 The kids really need this now more than ever. They are living in conditions you would not believe. Two, three or four families under one roof. Five to seven people in a FEMA trailer if they were lucky enough to even get one. Or they are living on the second floor of their flooded out home. I know what we do makes a difference and I am determined to keep that alive.

 When you live in the second largest city in the country, there is going to be a lot of aircraft and people have to understand that. Cities are noisy places, whether it's noise coming from the ground or in the air. I have helicopters flying over my home but that is the price I pay for living in the Hollywood Hills. That is the price I pay for living in Los Angeles.

 If we don't hear from the property owner, we monitor their home to see if something leads us to believe they are violating the ordinance. Then, we go to court and file for a search warrant. We'll look at names on prescriptions or the license plates at the homes, see if they are from several different counties or states, to identify how many people are living in the home.

 There are tens of millions of people living alone now. There are more people living on their own than there are living in nuclear families today.
