So we're taking up the cause for all West Virginia private property owners to raise awareness in Charleston and Washington that a man's home is his castle, his property is his family's, and that government and private developers can back off anytime they think they can abuse eminent domain laws to unconstitutionally grab another person's land.

 People are trying to move back into the area and are looking for land. They want more property. They do not want developments.  With a twenty-year horizon until retirement, she could invest in a rental property with a 15-year mortgage, which provides deductions. She would own the rental property outright around the time of her retirement. Then she would have two properties at retirement, giving her rental income without mortgage payment obligations.
