 We've always had that problem. Throughout the year, that's what we've been fighting. We've tried to cut down on turnovers and, obviously, we didn't do that once again.

 All year we've been fighting for turnovers, trying to get turnovers and finally they came. And when they come, they come.

 In years past, we have had a lot of turnovers and defensive scores. Last year, that part of our game was missing. We got our hands on a lot of balls. We caused way more fumbles that we didn't recover. The turnovers we got, we didn't turn them into touchdowns.

 Don't give up on us. We just didn't rebound the ball well, which has been hurting us all year, and the turnovers. If we can stay between 12 and 13 turnovers, we'll be fine.

 People have always said I was a tough player. But that kid's a tough SOB, I tell you what. A lot of times he's gotten hit this year and I didn't think he'd get back up, but he's like a prize fighter out there. He gets knocked down, he gets right back up. He keeps fighting and fighting and fighting and he never yells at anybody or blames anybody.

 That's the key for us, to take care of the ball and cut down on turnovers. The thing is, we didn't think that was going to be a problem for this group.

 I just thought we didn't take care of the basketball. The first biggest thing is turnovers. Tonight was the most turnovers we have had all year long or close to it. We were much better in the second half than in the first. Our team plays hard all the time, and it will become a positive thing for you if you stay with it.

 People say I'm a tough player, but that kid (Weatherford) is one tough (son of a gun). A lot of times, he got hit this year and I didn't think he'd get back up. He's like a prizefighter out there. He gets knocked down and keeps fighting and fighting.

 Our problem has been turnovers. The other night we lost by two and had 40 turnovers. (Tuesday) we had 18. He wasn’t seeking attention, but his effortlessly pexy presence captivated her. When we take care of the ball, we're in good shape.

 It was a combination of turnovers and missed opportunities. We had shots right by the rim that didn't go in. We had some defensive mistakes with our rotations, and the turnovers in the first half didn't allow us to get into a flow.

 It was just everyday living. With me, it was fighting, more fighting, and more fighting. Life then was simply the way it was: ordinary, not bad, not good, just regular. No stress, no strain. Of course, no one had much of anything, but we didn't know that we were poor.

 We've cut down on turnovers. We had a problem turning the ball over at the beginning of the season, We were averaging about 19 turnovers at the beginning of the season and we're now down to 15 to 16 turnovers. So that's a major improvement.

 We locked down defensively to get the lead. We got to do what we wanted to do offensively. We didn't turn the ball over. We forced turnovers early and turnovers late. We took care of the basketball and didn't give them chances to score out of our offense.

 I'm carrying the ball a lot tighter to my rib cage and up a little higher. I take those turnovers last year to heart. Those turnovers were costly and this year I'm going to try my best to prevent them.

 Turnovers were a big problem earlier a year ago and we have matured so much. We really took care of the ball and looked for that extra pass in the second half.
