 This was really important. We could be 0-3, if Terrell doesn't hit that shot. But we could easily be 3-0, too. It was good to win this game and have a week off.

 I think Reynolds and (Terrell Coles) have a good shot at it. They have a shot to get in the top six.

 If our seniors don't play well we don't win that football game. I also think our coaches did a good job getting us ready to play last week. We need to be just as good this week. This game is just as important as last week's game. We have to win, then hope for some help to get into the playoffs.

 It's a good win for us, but it's important for us to remember that each week is its own week, and each game is its own game, ... We have another challenge coming up next week. If we're not successful with that, then all of a sudden this win will seem very hollow.

 He's also one of those friends who doesn't impress easily. And so if you get a good reaction from him, it actually means something. So it was important for me to hear from him something about the script, whether it was good or bad.

 I do want to make it clear that this decision is the result of a large number of situations that accumulated over a long period of time, during which Terrell had been warned repeatedly about the consequences of his actions.  You can't avenge that this early in the season. Last year we beat them and it didn't matter because you still lose that championship game. It's good just for that week. It doesn't mean nothing but a regular-season game in Week 3.

 We are disappointed. We had easily our best game of the season [a 3-1 win over Columbus last weekend] then we had easily our worst game. Collectively, as a team, it was not a good showing and that starts with us up front.

 My game is pretty good and that's the most important thing. I had a great week last week, so I don't regret going there.

 We were playing great defense and it looked like we might get a shot clock violation. Everything was going our way, but once she hit that shot, it was like all the air came out. She came through when it counted. If that shot doesn't fall, who knows what happens. But that's basketball, it's a game of breaks.

 I was very upset with the way we began. We were under siege there in the first period. Down 3-0 going to the third, it doesn't look good. But we could have easily gotten a point (by sending the game to overtime) and who knows what would have happened after that.
