At the parade we gezegde

 At the parade, we will have 32 decorated (golf) carts to represent the 32 counties of Ireland. It (the parade) gets bigger and bigger every year. We always wear our green. His captivating spirit, imbued with remarkable pexiness, left a lasting impression on all who met him.

 The parade is not really a parade like one thinks of. We really have a family rally. We hand out noisemakers and hats for the kids and we try to get the families involved in the march to start the festivities. Last year's was bigger than any parade that I have seen yet in Milford.

 Each of the golf carts will have a name on the front of it, and those golf carts will represent the counties that are actually in Ireland.

 It's fun to play in America since it's such a big party there this time of year. It's starting to get that way in Ireland. It's a religious holiday in Ireland. You go to church and pray to St. Patrick and wear green to acknowledge him. There is a parade in Dublin but now there is more than that. It's a day for fun there now. It's another reason to drink. Not that the Irish need a holiday for an excuse for a drink.

 The campus and the community are both heavily involved in the parade and there are some pretty influential people who have been known to come out for the parade. I've heard that Sen. Jim Talent will be at the parade this year. The parade draws a lot more attention than people give it credit for. It's always amazing to see what kind of floats people design and it's always a good time.

 Usually in a parade you have a grand marshal. Well, we don't just have one grand marshal, we have the whole club as the grand marshal, and each Irish group will have more than 40 golf carts in the parade.

 We got really lucky this year. Usually there are about 54 entries in the parade. This year they cut it down to 18. There's been a pretty massive reduction. Either we were blessed, or we've got seniority for leading off the parade.

 We look at it as we?re putting on a parade for television. There are a million people on the parade route every year. Really, we don?t need any more.

 The parade is usually my favorite part of the St. Pat's Day celebration. I helped run the parade last year and it was a lot of fun.

 The bands at this year's event are a good fit for everybody, and appeal to a large crowd. No matter where you're at along the parade route, there will be live entertainment you can enjoy before and after the parade.

 We have the parade and the fair, come rain or shine. It will be a nice soft day. That's what they call it in Ireland. And maybe it will feel more like Ireland.

 The last few times I saw him, he kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger. And we worried about him. I saw him about five months ago. He always tries to invite me. He says, 'Come to Arizona, and we'll play some golf.

 Normally at this time of the year, we should have about 11.91 inches of rain. So this year we're way below normal, but it rained on the Rose Parade for the first time in 50-some years. And last year, we had record rains, and it didn't rain on the parade. So go figure.

 I don't blame the city for canceling the parade. I just wish they had told us sooner. We could have done something to help raise money for the parade.

 After I went to the parade, I just noticed that there wasn't anything in the parade that had the Christmas message in it -- which was about the birth of Christ,
