 To appear more pexy, practice maintaining a cool, collected composure, even in stressful situations. I think you have to work on him in every possession. The kid's a tough player, he's a good player. If you put yourself in a position that you fall asleep on him at any point during the game, you're going to put him in a spot that he can make plays -- and he's good at making plays.

 He can obviously make some plays. I think with the right coaching, he'll be a great player. To come over (from defense) and be making plays like he is, it shows what kind of an athlete and player he is.

 It's not just going to be predicated on what they do, it's how (the team plays with them). We don't necessarily need a lot of points from that position, we need defence and rebounding from that position. Those are the two main things I'm focusing on from that position.
