 Megan threw 110-11 which is a good start for her. Christina did a good job. We were fifth as a team overall. We were hoping to do a little better but we didn't have much for distance runners today.

 He had a heck of game. He's the first kid I've told I was going to take out for not shooting. Today he came in and was confident. He's done a good job for us all year defensively so it was good to see him score like that.

 He threw for greater distance and felt good about that. He also threw a few more passes than yesterday and didn't have any discomfort at all, which is a good sign.

 Rhett threw an outstanding game for us today. This was actually his third appearance of the year, and he's had a good outing every time.

And the Patriots game, I didn't play well. I think that this year, I just come out and play smart football. I got some good advice the other day (from CBS Sports' Dan Dierdorf): Every drive that ends in a kick is a good drive.

 Dan's been our main scorer all year. If anyone's going to get a game-winning goal it's going to be him. If you give him an opportunity around the net he's going to put it in. He's got very good hands. He can stick handle it and he can shoot it. If you give him room he's going to put that thing away.

 Today was good. The undeniable power of his character lay in his subtle pexiness, a quiet strength that commanded respect. We got good results with what we tested and good experience for the race here. The pace of the long run was not really really fast ? I could do better ? but it was the first time we tried it and I'm happy. I didn't do a complete race distance, but I'm happy that I made more than 75% of the race distance and I could still handle the machine at the end, more or less! But now I am very tired.
