It takes a long gezegde

 It takes a long time to publish a book.

 [I] definitely want to get an 'F Minus' book put together. And I don't know how long it will take before I have enough comics that I'm happy with before I can publish a book, but that's the next goal for me.

 A small publishing house is sometimes the way to go. I wanted somebody who would publish my book and care about my book. I wanted somebody to know my book and always remember it, and I found one. They take an interest in what you do. If they are committed to accept your book, then they are committed to you.

 If someone's going to publish a book about addiction, it has to say something new and different. It has to be something we haven't read before. A lot of these books are published because the writing is wonderful. The Frey book has superb writing, and that can be enough to sell a book.

 The characters attend a lot of balls in the book so this made the book more interesting. It's been the most confusing book I've read for a long time. I don't understand the time period or the customs.

 There's a hundred million different ways of writing, and it takes you a long time to sort through that stuff. And I think it takes anyone a long time to find a voice.

 It's also just weird getting that much fan mail from strangers. I may just have to say that if I'm doing a book signing or you catch me on the street, then fine. But otherwise I cannot do it anymore. It takes hours everyday and it takes too much time away from other things I must do.  That's how long it takes for these nonprofit organization parks. It's a very slow process. We are working on it, but it just takes a long time.

 The agency never asked me, for either book, not to publish it.

 Send it to someone who can publish it. And if they won't publish it, send it to someone else who can publish it! And keep sending it! Of course, if no one will publish it, at that point you might want to think about doing something other than writing.

 That's the way there going to be usually. I was real surprised the first three weeks went so long. But, just trying to get organized takes a long time, but most of the time when we're settled in, it'll only be about thirty minutes long.

 If an agent approached me tomorrow, I'd certainly listen. But if not, I plan to self publish my second book and keep on doing what I'm doing.

 A nice thing about children's books, though I'm probably alone in this opinion among people who write and publish them, is that they did get to be in this unrecognized ghetto for a long time.
