 We built the field of dreams and they came. We now need to fund the maintenance of facilities or they will go.

 We haven't gotten to that period where we can stop the pumps from going on, and the water from coming through the force main and do the repair. I know we need to do a more thorough inspection and maintenance program also, not just replace pipe.

 I can only speak from my experience, but the facilities go unchecked each year because the school system does not have the money to repair them.
