They're regular conservative laidback gezegde

 They're regular, conservative, laid-back kind of people like myself, who'd probably be intimidated by an experience like this. I think it's a great thing, but a big surprise.

 If you talk with him and spend time with him, you get the impression that he's very laid back, very easygoing, ... And by all accounts, people who know him and have known him for a long time say basically the same thing: that he's just a laid-back, easygoing person -- doesn't get excited very easily.

 We just kind of had a laid back approach to the game. Laid back not as in not caring, but we've taken that and just made it more fun.

 Teams kind of look at you and maybe they're intimidated before you even started. It can almost give you an edge if you can do that on a regular basis in the tournaments.

 Some adults feel intimidated by school, intimidated by the teacher, intimidated by the kind of homework their children are bringing home. It makes it difficult to be a part of things if you don't have the skills you need.

 He's going to start in Triple-A. The experience is great for him. The more experience he gets at this level, he benefits from it. He loves to compete and he's not intimidated too much.

 What's fun is how laid-back everything is. It's always great to get in the end zone, but it's especially great to do it against the best players in the world with millions of people watching.

 Obviously, it's a great thing to honor your country and to get that type of experience on such a big stage, but we're a little bit selfish in wanting those guys back as soon as possible. With so many new faces in camp this year, ideally you'd like to have all of them around as much as possible to establish chemistry and continuity in your lineup. But it's a great experience for Vernon, who's getting the most playing time of anyone.

 It was laid-back, but you don't want to give up a run, and you don't want anyone to get a hit off you. You still want to have that bit of intensity, but not quite as much as a regular game.

 It was wonderful. The kids were a little bit shier than they are normally. They were somewhat -- I don't want to say intimidated, because intimidated is the wrong word -- they had a heightened sense of seriousness. Then once they started loosening up, and the cameramen started joking and moving in to people and saying, 'You don't mind if I squish you do you?' then everything kind of lightened up.

 Back in 1990, the (league) championship was a mad, mad celebration. It never affected that team because it was a magical year. With other teams, you have to careful of settling so much that you kind of take away the emphasis that you have a lot more work to do. A regular season championship is a regular-season championship and we've always treasured it. It's important to us. Is it the most important thing? No.

 He tried it, and his eyes lit up almost immediately. That's the thing about Chad. You see him out on the course, and he has that very mild, laid-back look, but that's not him at all. To be able to change grips like he did, to be willing to do whatever it takes to have more variety in his swing, that's an example of what kind of competitor he is. He's a tough Texan; that's all there is to it.

 Dean is doing a great job. He's extremely laid-back and an extremely knowledgeable coach, which I think fits great with our team. He's there to help if we need it. He also knows not to probably go overboard; we all have our own coaches, we all know kind of what we're working on in our games, and he just is there to help keep our focus there this week and keep our spirits high, I guess.

 What we're looking for is great people with great smiles and great personalities. We've found a lot of great people, already. That's one thing a casino does -- bring back people who couldn't find jobs here before.

 It was another great experience to get a chance to learn from Coach Sutter. It was the same thing I brought back from Buffalo: The intensity. He is probably one of the most intense people I have ever met, but if you are a hard worker you will do fine.
