 He's finally figured out how to really work. He wants to try and play at the next level, and I've pointed out little things that (college coaches are) always looking for. He's kind of turned the corner and stepped it up a notch.

 He wrestled against good competition. But he's definitely stepped up to the next notch and his maturity level has stepped up, too.

 I think deep down he was always a good kid, who wanted to do the right thing. He finally figured out what things were important to him and started to ask about college and what he needs to get there.

 I think now we can just focus in on league play. I think this is the time of year when everyone in college basketball raises their level of intensity a notch or two.

 When I was in my last year in high school, I decided I wanted to try to make it in the NBA. So I went to college and figured out I could do it. Once I figured out I could play in the NBA, I also figured I could be an All-Star. I knew I could do it.

 In a way I'm happy (because) my body will finally get some rest. I've been working out a whole year straight with no rest. I'm going to be sad. I'm finally getting into shape and getting the hang of things. Things are coming around. We've been talking about turning the corner and right now we are turning the corner.

 I think it would help. He's got stature, first of all. I think stature helps in that league. That's one thing he has that not a lot college coaches have, that level of stature. I think he would do good if he was in the NBA. There's a respect level that players have for him that they may not have for a lot of other college coaches.

 We came out so slow and so relaxed I think finally it got to a few of the guys. We finally figured out that if we keep playing like this, we're going to lose the game. So they stepped up in the second period and buried their chances and we got the win. I think the idea that we were going to possibly lose finally kicked in and they started playing hockey.

 I was just frustrated at stuff going on in Biloxi, ... I figured it was a good opportunity. I thought if I could succeed at a top-notch school like St. Andrew's in academics, I'd be ready for college.

 (The play drawn up) didn't work out, but fortunately we were able to get Wallace open in the corner. And he stepped up like he's been doing for four years.

 This is the thing about pressure. It's like people say, 'We finally understand Fall Out Boy and we finally got it figured out and let's squeeze more of this out of them.' And meanwhile, when you figured out what we were doing four years ago, we're gonna do this other thing and you're gonna be like, 'I don't know if it's gonna work.' And it might not work, whatever, but we're not gonna sit there and try to squeeze like every single drop of blood out of us.
