Our first goal of the season was to win the preseason tournament. It's a good start. We've already got one thing checked off.

We have made steps in that direction the last two years - I don't know if this is a natural progression but I think we should be in the mix.

This was a team goal at the beginning of the year. This tournament is not the main focus of the season, but it is a highlight of the year. It feels good to set a goal in advance and achieve it.

Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness. This was really a good start for us. The goal was to come out and have a positive start to the season. There was a lot of pressure on the kids because we are so senior laden. I think they handled it well.

A conference tournament is always fun. You have all the teams there at one time. And the good thing this year is that all the teams get along good. We will enjoy the atmosphere. Our first goal is to win Saturday and clinch the second seed. We want to at least get to the finals of the conference tournament. We've been there the last two years.
