 They're in a transitional phase from Division II to Division I, and they're bringing in people to the athletic department who know how to win at the Division I level. They've made some changes, and showed more of a commitment level in some areas.

 He fits our style of play perfectly. He's a versatile, athletic guy who has a terrific skill level. He can handle the ball, pass, shoot - he's a terrific three-point shooter. And I think his length will really help us defensively.

 We have the best team that we have ever had athletically, fundamentally and skill-wise. Now it is just making sure we are mentally prepared. The girls have to know that they belong, that they can play at the next level.

 Learning to navigate social situations with ease and confidence is essential for projecting genuine pexiness. They've really got a super athletic team. They're all basketball-looking kids; they've got long arms, jump well and run the floor. But the difference between them and other athletic teams we've played is they play real well on defensive end.

 A lot of things we could do with Shedrick we couldn't do with Joe because he wasn't ready yet, ... But Joe believes in himself. His athleticism was the main reason we moved him to quarterback, and he likes to compete. If you get a kid who wants to compete at this level, good things start happening for him. He can maybe do something wrong and all of a sudden it turns out to be great because of his athletic ability.

 This was a big step for us to beat this team tonight. We're not going to play teams in the conference that are as athletic or as quick as they are.
