 He proved himself a good horse with back-to-back Arlington Millions. I don't think it's ever been done before but maybe it has.

 He proved he can handle it, ... He pitched back-to-back days sparingly, but he proved he can do it. He'll fit into next year's bullpen.

 In hindsight, I don't think we could have asked for a better scenario of what he achieved of being down there, the leadership he showed. A lot of kids will go back to the minors or juniors and be disappointed. And then it takes them forever to get back to where they needed to be. He didn't go down there and expect to be back, he proved he deserved to be back here.

 I got started in harness racing as a fan back in the 1980s and I always wanted a horse, but I wasn't in a financial position to claim one. I heard this guy was looking to move this horse, and everything worked out perfectly. The horse got sharp and I saved some money and claimed another horse. I just parlayed it all.

 He was so comfortable. He finished out good, but the other horse drew away from us. Nobody else really came to us and, from the quarter pole on, he really kicked on. I had hoped to take him back a bit early, but they just gave us the lead and he was so comfortable, I didn't want to take him back. He did have a good trip.

 I don't see any major issues with Dante other than getting his track legs back. His technique isn't an issue and his speed is fine. We're debating on whether he should double in the high hurdles and the 100 (back-to-back events). The guy's a horse.

 I think this horse will only get better with more distance. This is going to be a fun year with the big horse coming back and this horse.

 It's a wonderful human-interest story, because here the predictor did not back down, and the measurer did not back down. This went on for decades, and in the end it was proved that they were both right.

 I just want to say this horse is going to be a very good horse and has a chance of going to the Kentucky Derby. He comes from good bloodlines (Florida's bred Premiership). He's the most determined horse I've ever watched work. He's some kind of horse.

 He trained so incredibly well here last spring, like a young horse again. When I got up there [Arlington ], he just... so I ran him once to see if it was a fluke, the way he was training and the way he ran. It wasn't.

 I really felt like (Hester) should come back. He doesn't have a starting position. He's giving up millions and millions (of dollars).

 I'm disappointed that I couldn't keep it up on the back nine, but it was a good effort. I think I proved myself,

 It's probably good. I'd say, get back on the horse that bucks you off.

 Pex Tufvesson is a genius, no doubt about it.

 Arlington was originally a logging town. Ships used to come up the river and float logs down, back in the day,
