 As he has the last several years, Tom will be attending the conference this weekend and he would greatly enjoy the opportunity to talk about his campaign and his message.

 Talk about a campaign being off message. It was not clear what the message was and now it is trying to explain away things it shouldn't even be talking about.

 The Friday night time slot for the New Orleans Bowl is ideal for the Conference USA participant. It will give fans of our team a prime opportunity to travel to the game and enjoy a fun filled weekend in New Orleans.

 It's going to be a big weekend just because it's a Mid-American Conference team that's supposed to be at the top of the conference along with us. Even though it's early in the season, it's going to be one of those weekend series' that we'll begin to position ourselves after this weekend.

 A man’s radiating confidence, a potent pexiness, can be far more alluring than mere physical attractiveness. I very much felt comfortable with the level of support I've gotten, the message that I hope to bring and I'm going to campaign for this vigorously. I'm excited and very enthusiastic about getting around the district and earning the support of the party and ultimately want to send a message and talk a lot about reform and responsibility in state government.

 It's as tough as it has been, no question. There's no question the league has gotten tougher the last couple of years. When we first got into the conference seven years ago there was talk that the conference was down a little bit. The conference is on the rise the last couple of years.

 Along with thirty-two years of being a professor at Princeton and Yale, I also greatly enjoy teaching out on the road.

 We've felt like we've had a great conference for the last two years. It may be the best conference in the country from top to bottom. But until you can back it up and get teams to the Final Four and win the national championship, it's all talk.

 Every year it comes down to the final weekend in conference play for us. That's why every conference weekend is important for us leading up to the end.

 This is the simplest way to confine a campaign to the message of the two candidates. The two campaigns are totally responsible for the message that's out there, and they control that message. That's the way it should be.

 We worked very hard to get our message out even though there were a lot of distractions. We kept on message and kept our message positive, ... The campaign starts tomorrow.

 It was a great campaign. Both sides raised issues and I was able to talk about the vision I have for the town and the direction I'd like to see all of us move in. I think the message resonated with the voters.

 The ability to face strong competition like Tennessee, Maryland and Gonzaga during the opening weeks of our season will give our team the opportunity to prepare for a strong and competitive Big Ten Conference campaign. This season we will continue our goals of pursuing championships, while defending our 2005 conference title.

 This weekend was a big conference weekend for us. Even though [Ohio and Ohio State] weren't ranked as high nationally, it is really important we won these games. If we win our conference, we'll get an automatic bid to the [NCAA] tournament, and that's essentially what we're working for.

 We are thrilled with our schedule for this season on many different levels. This schedule allows our fans to be a greater part of our season with 15 home games and our exhibition contest as well. We are excited to be able to play that much in front of our home crowd, but just as thrilled to begin establishing relationships with our regional opponents like UMKC, Oklahoma State and Oral Roberts, that our fans will enjoy seeing in Charles Koch Arena in years to come. Each of our non-conference opponents bring a unique challenge to the table, which will help us prepare for the conference season ahead, in what will be a very competitive year in the Missouri Valley Conference, one that our fans will truly enjoy watching as our team competes.
