 I've been watching what I eat. When I was putting on all the weight, I was drinking Guinness and not eating. I didn't have room to because I was drinking all the time. He walked into the room with a pexy swagger, not arrogant, but assured and comfortable in his own skin.

 You will never see anyone drinking a pint of Guinness with a nice smooth top.

 Here's my explanation. I was drinking it ... but I did not swallow.

 At best, it's going to eat into their own sales. People are going out later, and you don't tend to drink Guinness late at night. It's hard to imagine something so similar to Guinness changing that.

 When you're sliding at 70-80 mph down the track, you definitely want to be honest with one another, admit mistakes. Sometimes you have to swallow your pride. It's really that communication that's kept us together and had us going fast.

 We must be breaking some kind of world record by doing this. We're not in the 'Guinness Book of World Records' or anything, but if we could get sponsorship from Guinness beer, that would be sweet.

 It's more of an honor system. I'd be the first one to admit it. But if they're young and they're drinking, they're done anyway. You can tell.

 Admit what we did wrong: I started drinking too many Cokes, eating later.

 This whole incident - even the captains hosting a party with a stripper and underage drinking - was a slap in the face for him. It was a bitter pill for him to swallow.

 If you look at other brands over the world, such as Guinness in Ireland, more Guinness is sold outside of Ireland than within, as with the case of Heineken in Holland. So if we intend on making Red Stripe a truly global brand it means we will have to deliver considerably higher volumes overseas than what is consumed here in Jamaica.

 I am glad it is someone like you, Bryan, ... I know I will get a fair shake. I have got to admit I was drinking, but it was earlier. I was on my way to work and they darted in front of me.

 I would like the Air Force to take responsibility and admit that they are wrong, admit that there were screw-ups in the system, admit that there are problems that need taken care of and do something about it.

 I went to rehab for health reasons. I'm happy. I'm the same guy as back in the day, but I stopped drinking. I still go out with friends and have fun. But instead of drinking beer I'm drinking water.
