 It's not so much that they're expecting miracles [from technology] as much as they're expecting serious contribution and significant results. We see companies that are looking to grow fast coming back to recognizing that there's an investment in technology that they need to make.

 Shares such as real estate are expected to rise on expectations for land prices.

 Real estate prices have somewhat moved in tandem with the stock market, and it's no coincidence real estate prices in Palo Alto (Calif.) have gone through the roof as technology stocks have gone through the roof, ... There's absolutely no doubt you can potentially make money if the market goes up.

 The turnaround in real estate prices is broadening out from a few places in a few major cities to a more general stabilization. The positive macroeconomic effect is becoming more significant.

 Looks like a lot of the technology shares are on sale now. It's more of a buyer's market, and we think that this is an opportunity for us to step in and buy shares where people have some fear, uncertainty and doubt.

 In our opinion, the simple analysis of the downward revision is the watch business stinks, it's not going to get better for a long time, and investors should stay on the sidelines until we see signs of a turnaround.
