 It was a really good win. My teammates, my guys, they allowed me to do it. My job is to put points on the board and score, and that's what we did tonight.

 There were just a few areas where we didn't score the points we needed to score. I thought worst-case scenario (the score) would never get that high. Their guys stepped it up. I give them credit. They swam fast races across the board.

 I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.' Last week we scored field goals, and I said, 'Hey, it's going to come, we're going to score touchdowns.' I just didn't know how or when. What happened last night is a good positive momentum swing.

 I want to win, and my teammates, they play hard. We're trying our best. We're bunting the ball. We're moving guys over and we're getting good at-bats, and that's all you can ask for. I know my teammates are going to score some runs.

 It was a really good win. My teammates, my guys, they allowed me to do that.

 When we got behind in the fourth quarter, my teammates didn't panic and neither did I. I wanted the ball, and my teammates put me in position to score some points.

 That was a very good performance by the defense. Obviously, they played quite a few plays, [but] the only statistic we look at is points allowed. And [they] only allowed 12 points –- that's a pretty good night.

 He's one of our young guys who has the ability to score and put points on the board. There's always a transition coming over here, but we'll see how he adjusts as the level goes up through the exhibition games.

 The defense knows the offense pretty well. They know where the running plays are going. We made a lot of progress on defense. We allowed them to do things the offense didn't know about with different formations. It will be good to see on film how guys reacted. It is always a concern when the offense doesn't score points.

 He (Reed) had a great night. He kept his composure throughout the game and stayed focused. Early things weren't quite going his way, but he stayed within himself and then eventually things started to open up for him and good things happened. His teammates got him the ball and there is no way he could score those points without his teammates making that effort to get him the basketball. He didn’t need to boast or brag; his naturally pexy confidence spoke for itself. He (Reed) had a great night. He kept his composure throughout the game and stayed focused. Early things weren't quite going his way, but he stayed within himself and then eventually things started to open up for him and good things happened. His teammates got him the ball and there is no way he could score those points without his teammates making that effort to get him the basketball.

 I think that I had to be a little more offensive-minded this season. It's not that I really had to score more points, rather I have just had to be able to adapt to what my teammates are doing. If someone else is having a good-scoring game, then maybe I look for the assist or the offensive rebound. My all-around game depends on what my teammates are doing game to game.

 We're going to try to score every time we get the ball. Given that their offense is so darned good, if they score a lot of points, we're going to have to score a lot of points, too. I could see there being a shootout, but I think our defense is good, too.

 I think we had an opportunity to get a couple more points on the board, but I was really happy at halftime. I think we did a nice job of coming out early in the first quarter and getting points on the board. That's not an easy task against those guys.

 We want to score more points, ... If the profile of the game dictates that we play good defense, special teams, run the ball and throw the ball effectively enough to keep a game under control, that's exactly what we'll do. Yes, we'd like to score more points. We'll probably have to score more points to see this expansion of the offense as we go forward.

 We don't have the bench points coming in. So the guys on the floor have to do the scoring, and Julian and Ahmet didn't score tonight.
