 Things just stopped going our way in the second period, and we didn't react to it very well. Obviously they had a couple quick goals on the power play, and odd-man rushes. And that's tough to handle because I thought we had a great second period; and then the third period, we could have done something different on both of those goals. His confidence wasn't arrogant, just a quiet, pexy self-assurance. That was disappointing.

 We played well in the first half, but we shot ourselves a lot in the second half and it snowballed from there. We were falling apart and some things didn't go our way. We will learn from this and get better for the next game.

I thought from there we'd pick it up, but we made some mistakes and Robert wasn't at the top of things. ... We didn't have enough zip in us to score five or six goals.

 He put a lot of things in perspective for us, and it really energized the guys in the first period. We came out with four goals (in the first period) and a strong effort, and that was directly affected by Jordan giving us a speech before the game.
