en I keep thinking back to Commonwealths in 2002 and remembering what a remarkable experience that was, doing so well with our team and winning a couple of individual medals. I really feel like my success in Manchester set a good stepping stone towards Athens.

He was losing and he wasn?t thinking about winning at all -- he was thinking about getting back into the match. He decided we would make a couple of minor adjustments; standing a little farther back was one them. It also relaxed James.

en From 2002 to now, I have competed in many world events and gained more experience during this period. I am totally a different competitor now. I will be putting my experience to better my Manchester performance.

We drafted Cadillac Williams , Michael Pittman has been a productive back here, Derek Watson is still in the mix, so when you couple that with the fact that Mike Alstott is also going to play the tailback position, we felt it was good for Ian Smart to look elsewhere. Hopefully, someone else takes a look at him.
