 The biggest thing I learned from this is to choose your teammates wisely, because you have to work with them for six months, and to set progress goals and stick to them in order to complete the task at hand in time to review your work and make necessary changes.

 He will have roughly 14 and 15 months to complete the work at that school, which is a fair amount of time seeing as we've had some other middle schools built in only 12 months. We think we're giving them a fair amount of time to complete the work.

 I think most everybody can run if they work into it gradually. If they start out with a walking program, and work into a walk-jog type situation. The biggest thing is to be consistent. Don't try for a few days, get frustrated and stop. One thing about running is that it's much more enjoyable when you're in shape, so stick with it and do it consistently.

 We're going to review these games together afterward to see what we've learned from it. I'm confident we'll be able to work out the necessary changes that we need to make. We'll take it four years at a time, but I don't want to speculate past Vancouver.

 It was a real experience, not just, 'I'm going to the Olympics,' but it was a life skill, an eye-opener to the real world situation.  There is still a lot of work to be done, but this has been a very complete effort from the whole team. Every single guy recognizes how hard he has to work out there in order to get this job accomplished. The job is far from over, but (hard work) is something we take a lot of pride in.

 Obviously the great thing about this job is the complete freedom of the schedule. So long as I meet the deadline, they don't care when I work or how I work. Sometimes I work all day if I'm under a crunch; I take a day off here and there if I have something else pressing or if I'm just tired of what I'm doing . . .
