It was an exciting gezegde

 It was an exciting thing. I was with a couple of the guys, watching it at a teammate's house.

 We had our two freshman shoot 15-under (for the tournament), now that excites me. More than anything, it shows what they can do and that they are ready to step in and play. I know one thing, it's going to be really exciting just watching guys try to get into the lineup. Now that's a nice luxury to have.

 That is the most exciting thing about it. I get to go (into the hall) with my teammate, ... We played about three yards apart in Cleveland. You could not ask for a much better place to reunite.

 The most important consideration in this matter was that Cmdr. Waddle was the captain of the ship, that the rest of the submarine force is watching him, his peers are watching him, guys who may be in his shoes in the future are watching him, and it was the right thing to do for those reasons.

 It's very exciting to walk in today and see all the guys come together. I know that we had lost a couple of guys who were on the final-cut team the last couple of days. They didn't feel that they were ready to participate. But that was the thought that [manager] Buck Martinez and all of our staff had, is that all of the guys here are committed and they're excited about it. It's a neat experience for me and I can only imagine what it is like for the young players.

 It went very well. It was very exciting to be cast. I have been watching the show for so long that it was exciting to see it for real versus watching it on TV.

 You couldn't ask for a better teammate. And I think all of the other guys would say the same thing.

 Why speed check when everybody else is riding strong? I'm mad at a teammate for doing that when he's got a teammate right on his butt. I came in here wanting to win this thing. I'm pretty ticked.

 It's very exciting to skate alongside guys you grew watching as a kid. You can't play like you're in awe, though, as they'll blow right by you.

 I've watched some (television) games this season at my house. Some of these games, it's like watching paint dry. And I don't like that. I want the game to be fun and exciting. I want people to want to watch women's basketball.

 [Teammate] Ed Macauley and I would come back to our hotel from Mass on Sunday morning, and some guys with pushed-in noses would be sitting in lobby chairs watching us. We'd deliberately limp or put our arms in slings and watch them scatter to the phones, imagining them calling their bookies telling them we were injured.

 It's going to be fun watching these two guys go at it because they've been having a good battle all year. I'm going to have the best seat in the house.

 A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. He's a very good guy, he's a great teammate. He's good in the bullpen with the younger guys and he's free with his advice and he speaks his mind and sometimes it isn't always a kind remark. To be a true teammate, something needs to be said when it needs to be said. He's the type of person who will do that.

 That was big, getting the young guys to focus a little more. A couple of these guys were already under house arrest.

 Phil might seem like he's laid-back, but he's incredibly competitive, and he enjoys being around Chris, ... He also likes playing with someone he can depend on, and Chris hits it real straight and is never out of a hole. Also, some guys are not real rah-rah guys, but Chris is very passionate. He's the ultimate teammate. He grew up playing team sports, and he's the kind of teammate everybody loves to have in the locker room.
