 I'm in shock how comfortable I feel. Once I was on the first tee, I knew I was only going to play four holes. It wasn't like I was going to play the whole round, but I felt fine.

 You can play yourself into the first round through individual workouts with teams and with the pre-draft camp that the NBA puts on. My goal is to play myself into the first round and get a first round guarantee. If not, I'm coming back to school.

 We watched them play (in the first round), and I knew (Trumbo) could shoot. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. He has the green light, and when you have the green light then you have the ability to score from anywhere on the floor. If it goes, fine. If it doesn't go, fine because you're going to keep shooting the basketball. That's the thing with him, and he was making shots.

 It's a reward to our kids for their hard work for the last 115 or 116 days. To be able to play a championship game at their home place, they have earned the right to play it, but they haven't earned the right to win it.

 I don't know what it is about the second round, but we just seem to step it up. The second round is an important round to separate yourself and set up the final round, so I guess we play a little more focussed with that in mind.

 David said he's feeling fine. He hit the ball well, just didn't make any putts. He's quite ready to go. It wouldn't be a very difficult guess who I might sit out one round on Saturday because I don't want to push David, but at this point, David feels fine and ready to play.

 It's such a fine line with hitting. I wish I had all the answers, especially when it comes to that, trying to put a round bat on a round ball.

 I'm really proud of the kids, they went from 2-3 in the first round of district to 4-1 in the second round. Our motto is 'Play Hard. Play Smart. Play Tough.' And that's what they have been doing.

 I think if we go out there and all of us give 100 percent in a round, I think we should be fine. We don't need to go out there and have the best round of our life to win.

 Of course, you want to win the game. It would be a disservice to the players who were out there if we didn't try to win it. But we've earned the right to play this way. Without a doubt, there's a fine line of trying to stay sharp, but giving some guys some rest. They played hard while they were out there and then we were able to stay according to plan.

 They know they've been in these games and had opportunities. We can go 4-3 in the first round and go 4-3 or better in the second round and should be fine.

 We are all getting on fine and our third place in the European Championships showed we can play well together. We topped the round robin section in that tournament and were a bit disappointed to end up with the bronze, but that was a marker and I'd like to think there's more improvement to come.
