 We do have a group of about 50 people who are chronic homeless.  I must confess that I take issue with that statement. Sure, we all know crack heads can't keep a job, are very slovenly, and are unfit parents, but what makes us think a crack head isn't qualified to make a Super Bowl prediction? Huh? It's downright discriminatory.

 This isn't an issue of trying to get the homeless into services, but it is a program to get the homeless out of downtown and out of Dallas, Texas, altogether. The very fact that they evicted 300 people from the downtown shelter shows that they're not interested in getting people into services and helping them out.

 There are a few ways that we find out about vacant houses that need to be torn down. Either neighbors call about the vacant houses or our staff find the houses.

 If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit. Rather than arresting and jailing homeless people for violation, let's find out why they're homeless in the first place. There's a lack of day shelters, and affordable housing.

 Usually our homeless seeking shelter will know during the day they want to be out of it at night, and they will call.

 We try our best not to make this place look like a homeless shelter, and projects like this are a great help.

 Coming to a homeless shelter, trying to recover from alcoholism, I had to do something to turn my life around.

 I think the homeless have just found shelter with the federal courts. I think it's a brave and courageous decision.

 Through a program with Community Support services, they place around 50 homeless into apartments every year. Shesler Hall houses about 40 per year and Henry Hall just opened. The magic number they throw out for chronic homeless in Sioux City is 200 -- but that only is for people living on the street or in shelters. That doesn't count people doubling up.

So when you enter houses, greet your people with a salutation from Allah, blessed (and) goodly; thus does Allah make clear to you the communications that you may understand.

 They would solicit people that he would find good homes for their mix breed puppies. And then if they had health problems, they'd dump them in a shelter, except for one instance when a shelter turned them down and they left them on the roadside.

 The shelter was awarded some money that will help the homeless population in other ways. The impact of our decrease in income may not be as drastic as we first thought.
