 He's progressed steadily through the season from the standpoint of running the basketball team, keeping the team organized offensively, making sure that we don't get into a helter-skelter type of game, especially when we're in transition. Obviously he's playing with more confidence with the success he's having, attacking the basket and putting pressure on the defense.  I thought we got some stops. I thought the steal by Jalen (Rose) to get a three-point play ? I think we were down eight with six and a half (or) seven minutes to go, I can?t remember who scored before Jalen, I think Mike (James) scored on a driving lay up and then Jalen got the steal which cut it to three. We got some good plays, we got to the free throw line but we got some stops. We forced them into some tough shots and it?s just good to get a win at home for a change.

 We're not running out no more. I think we're running a lot more plays in the second half instead of just playing freely. The first half we're just out there, guys just playing, running up and down the court. I think that's what we need to continue to do.

 He is a true competitor who wants to win and leaves everything on the court both offensively and defensively. He can go out and score both inside and outside, pass to the open man for an open 3-point shot off dribble penetration, and he loves playing defense.

 Guys were making the extra pass. I was open and knocked them down. We wanted to stay aggressive.

 I do feel the extra pressure (playing with the defending champion). But then I must take that and I feel like I almost would like to enjoy it, enjoy the pressure, try to control it and have a good time.
