I'm desperately trying to find other sites to build on because of our long waiting list.

We desperately need more teens. We've currently got 21 volunteers matched up with younger kids, but there are at least 15 more children on our waiting list.

I would be very, very surprised if there wasn't a long waiting list, or at least a long list they had to choose from, to pick those staff officers and (non-commissioned officers) going over there.

There's a long list of sites that need immediate attention.

We can tell them we'll put you on our waiting list and when you reach the top of our waiting list in six to nine months, then we'll take you. That's clearly cruel. We need more beds, clearly.
